We have all the rack cases and equipment needed to configure any type of setup for your new file server. In addition, we can handle the complete installation and integration of all your devices—including workstations, printers, internet, security systems, and more. We can also integrate a phone system directly with your file server, which can significantly reduce costs. This allows you to use traditional desktop phones, as well as convert workstations into fully functional phones with video conferencing capabilities right from your desk. Additionally, we can incorporate a camera system into your server, giving you secure, remote access to monitor your business anytime.
Here’s a recent scenario that highlights our approach. A client was searching for a new IT provider and was referred to us, along with another company that happened to be a family acquaintance. We both agreed the client needed a new file server. The other provider recommended moving entirely to the cloud, while I recommended an on-premise server solution. New Computers
Every new File Server comes with a three-year warranty. The specifics of the warranty—whether it's onsite, remote, or requires shipping the machine back for repairs—depend on the initial method of computer shipment, delivery, and installation. Regardless of the warranty type, rest assured that all components of the File Server are covered for three years, including the labor costs for component installation. Our goal is to provide you with three worry-free years following your purchase.
