We will prepare a detailed quote including all prices, warranty information, timelines, and any other relevant details.
Upon your approval of the quote, WebTechs Solutions will begin constructing your machine to the highest standards. We conduct extensive testing to ensure it meets our stringent quality criteria.
We offer complimentary delivery or shipping, depending on your location. Additionally, we can provide complete setup services, including software installation, printer setup, internet configuration, and more, if required.

In the rare instances where I encounter a particularly complex issue, I am supported by two seasoned partners, each with 30 years of experience in the field. Remote
About 95% of the issues we encounter can be resolved remotely. Our technicians are always ready to log in and quickly diagnose and fix problems. One of the biggest changes in our industry is that we are no longer limited by geography. We can provide service and support anywhere in the country. You might wonder, “What about parts or hands-on work?” When we take on an out-of-state client, we coordinate with a trusted local computer store (at our expense) to handle any physical work or parts needed. We guide them step-by-step to ensure everything is completed to our standards. No matter where you are, we’re always here for you.
Warranty
New Computers
Every new computer comes with a three-year warranty. The specifics of the warranty—whether it's onsite, remote, or requires shipping the machine back for repairs—depend on the initial method of computer shipment, delivery, and installation. Regardless of the warranty type, rest assured that all components of the computer are covered for three years, including the labor costs for component installation. Our goal is to provide you with three worry-free years following your purchase.
